Our process for Residential Property and Estate Maintenance
- Initial Contact
Our initial contact, whether by phone or email, will include a discussion of your
requirements and expectations as well as what we can do to meet those expectations. - Consultation Meeting
We will meet with you on site to walk your property and to review your needs and concerns. - Estimate
Following our meeting, an estimate will be sent to you along with any recommendations. - Contract
Upon receiving confirmation that you wish to proceed, a contract will be sent to you along with invoicing and payment details as well as a start date.
